Julie Gosselin, Ph.D.

Dr. Julie Gosselin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Memorial University. Previously, she was Associate Professor at the School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa. She remains Adjunct Professor there. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the Université de Montréal and her pre-doctoral internship at The Ottawa Hospital.

Dr. Gosselin's academic honors include a nomination for the 2011 Faculty of Social Sciences Teaching Award (University of Ottawa), completing a mandate as Associate Editor for the Canadian Journal of Behavioural Science (2015-2017), co-editing a book on the development of interprofessional health practices in Canada (Presses de l'Université du Québec, 2016), and acting as Interim Internship coordinator, Center for Psychology Services and Research (CSPR), University of Ottawa (2013-2014). She is currently the Director of Clinical Training for the Psy.D. Program at Memorial University.

Dr. Gosselin has published papers in refereed journals, chapters in books, as well as many conference proceedings. She has also delivered professional training workshops and webinars in the area of clinical supervision, evidence-based practice and working with stepfamilies to mental health professionals across Canada.
