Kary Woodruff

Kary Woodruff is a certified specialist in sports nutrition (CSSD) and assistant professor in the Department of Nutrition and Integrative Physiology at the University of Utah. Kary works as a sports dietitian at the LiVe Well Center in Salt Lake City specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. Kary is on the United States Olympic Committee registry of sports dietitians and works with elite athletes. She has a master’s in sports psychology and in sports nutrition from the University of Utah, published the textbook Sports Nutrition (Momentum Press, 2016), and is a contributing author of Nutrition and Physical Fitness in the textbook Williams’ Basic Nutrition & Diet Therapy 15th edition.
