Terry L. Koglin

Terry L. Koglin graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He worked for the Milwaukee Road (the Chicago, Milwaukee, St Paul and Pacific Railroad Company) when they still operated passenger trains and worked as a consultant on many engineering projects on Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor. He had professional engineering registrations in several states, but currently only his Pennsylvania license is active.
